  1. Know when it’s time to see loved ones again. It’s easy to hibernate and go without seeing anyone when you’re feeling low. But sometimes it’s useful to surround yourself with a trusted loved one who is happy to listen to how you feel. And trust me, there is always someone wanting to lend a listening ear when you’re down.

  2. Think of what you done for joy as a child. Simple activities like drawing, playing games and reading may have been ways you quietened your mind as a kid growing up. Tune into those small pleasures and do them again. After all, it made you sparkle when you were young - so why not now?
